Hi,

I'm interested in bulking up in the next few months. I workout about 4 to 6 times a week. I'm 5'11 and 182 pounds. I'm lean but I would like to add some muscles. I'm starting this Body Beast program and I already bought some creatine to help me with this. I eat well and I'm disciplined.

I've heard about this product called Massive by Perfect Nutrition. Has anyone ever used it? What are your thoughts? Could I add it to creatine or does it replace it?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Total waste of money. Spending 80-90 bucks on 5lbs of whey isolate is not cost effective. Unless you are lactose intolerant there is no need for the expensive stuff. You are better off using one of our sponsors, Canadian Protein. I get 25lbs of concentrate for less than $200 delivered and it's delicious as well. Lots of flavours and combinations to choose from. All you get from 99% of the in store products is over priced protein because of marketing and packaging. And first and foremost I'd suggest bulking on whole foods and only supplementing your protein intake with maybe two shakes a day. Eat ground turkey , lean ground beef , egg whites , a few whole eggs and steak if you can afford it.
As far as creatine goes - stick to monohydrate. It's the cheapest delivery and all the other fancy delivery systems are just plain bullshit. I really liked the results I initially got from creatine about 20 years ago. All my lifts went up immediately. It does work.
If you wanna add size then you gotta take in calories from whole foods. And be prepared to gain some body fat if you want to gain anythinmg noticable. Lots of guys still want that beach six pack and aren't willing to part with it. The nice beach body is easy. Anyone can have it. Best of luck.

Typical shot-gun approach to marketing, save your $$$. Any company that is still using CEE to me is suspect along with a prop blend.... As above, try to get the majority of you calories from real food, shakes are great to fill in macros, but you can certainly find a better than that.

I have used Massive by perfect nutrition

-tasted great
-mixed really well
- mediocre results

As hose head said the majority of all supplements come down to dollars and cents. The body building life is a life long event, so unless you have bundles of cash to buy supplements for the forceable future, there is comparable or better products at fractions the price.
