Hi all,
Has anyone here have any experience using EPO (Erythropoietin) to increase endurance? I just wanted to get some opinions on the substance and some dosing information. I need to raise my red blood cell count as it came back low but not low enough for one of my doctors to give me a prescription.
Thanks.

EPO is used in endurance sports most commonly cycling...ie Tour De France. Not much use in BB or lifting sports. AAS will already increase RBC enough.

As a man on doctor prescribed testosterone replacement therapy I can tell you for us the biggest concern is keeping RBC, Hematocrit and Hemoglobin in the normal range as it can cause stroke, heart attack or heart disease.
Any man on TRT after 6mths or so starts having elevated levels, I don't see the benefits of doing this, I haven't seen an increase in cardio performance or endurance. I've never used EPO but I think it might be overrated.
If your RBC is low, most likely your testosterone is low get that checked and if it's low get that supplemented instead.
If test is normal just add iron and B12.
