I'm trying to put on some more lean mass and maybe loosing some bf, would adding eq make sense? My main concern with eq is its effects on .I already have a hard time sticking to a diet and don't want to gain any additional % bf. Anyone try using a suppressant like hoodia or meredia?
Also, i've read that EQ raises anxiety, any experiences? How is cardio on it?
FYI, I'm thinking of doing 15 weeks of
1-15 500mg test
1-14 400-600mg EQ
1- whenever $$$ runs out 60mg var ed
some igf-1 mid cycle and during pct

i dont have probs with anxiety from eq , could be doses related.as far as appetite mines big so i cant say its bigger on it. iveseen some guys say wow im hungry after 1 shot so you know thats in their head.im using it for contest prep and cant say it makes it worse for me. just use extra appetite you might get for good protein and efas.you still need extra cals to gain even lean gains

Many people, including myself that have existing anxiety disorders (even if treated with meds) will usually experience significant anxiety on EQ. I lasted 4 weeks on it then had to stop. During that 4 weeks i did notice an increase in aerobic endurance capacity. Shame i had to drop though, i never got a chance to see what EQ could truly do for me if ran long enough.

equ is great. my favorite. particularly with var.
things you will hear about equ:
anxiety issues (no problems for me at all, but i dont suffer from any anxiety at all normally)
HUGE increase in appetite (again ive never noticed and i always take it while dieting so... i have also never heard any sort of reasonable explanation as to why it would increase your appetite, i personally think thats a bit of a myth)
if youre going to run it make sure you run a good dose as its very mild and run it NO LESS than 12 weeks. 16 or more is where the magic is. I dont notice being on the stuff for 8 weeks or so personally

I've ran EQ twice now for 16 to 20 weeks and it did nothing for me. I thought it was bunk the first time because the test I used was bunk but the second time I knew the source was good and still nothing, nothing worth the cost anyway.
If you have appetite issue with it and want to stay lean maybe throw a bit of dbol in the mix, that kills my appetite.

First of all, EQ is short acting steroid with a long acting ester. If you want 100% of your EQ and most of gains as possible, it need to be injected eod. Not once a week. It's nothing like deca. Just pin like if it was short ester. Trust me on that. Big difference!

I used to have bad anxiety and still get it from time to time, but nowhere near as bad now I am on HRT full time.
In my experience EQ maybe makes me a bit more anxious to the point where I will take a less stressful drive home through the suburbs instead of a freeway for an extra 5 minutes, but nothing too significant that makes me wanna stop. That said at 300mg/week I am not at a super high dose by no means.
