T3: Peptide Dosing

The following information is for educational purposes ONLY. The following compounds are not illegal in all countries and some are available via prescription within North America. Others listed are only research chems and should not be used by humans at this stage. We will detail which products are not intended for human use. Clearly people are using them and the following data is based on first hand experiments done in the industry. There will always be guinea pigs trying out new drugs, but remember this is a foolish and dangerous idea. We all recall when Growth Hormone first came on the market from cadavers’ and the deaths that resulted from its use in this early stage.

We have been using peptides for some time now to replace or augment regular anabolic/androgenic cycles. Used post cycle peptides can make PCT time a great time for gaining instead of the dreaded depression clomid blues time we have come to expect. In fact some T3 clients look forward to their off cycle just to get back on peptides. Of course most use peptides along with their cycles if cost is not an issue. Some peptides are pricey, no question and the gains are not as dramatic as with steroids. But the gains are permanent and their will be no shut down either. Both are massive pluses and are beginning to tilt the scale in favor of peptides over steroids for some users.

Here is how we set up our basic peptide cycle for off-season gaining. This cycle is used along with steroids (not PCT):

Androgenic base (Prescription): Test 200-500mg/week. Cyp or enanthate is preferred.

PegMGF (Research chemical): 200mcg taken 3 times a week at night before the following days training session


HGH Fragment 171-191 (Research chemical): Take it first thing in the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach. This is vitally important. Shoot it subQ at 200mcg in the stomach area. Wait about 30mins after shot to eat breakfast. Take 200mcg Everyday in the morning. Likewise you can take it at night on an empty stomach but when bulking I suggest eating late in the day, hence we dose it in the morning. It helps keep the fat off while bulking.

GH (Prescription): 2-6IU’s taken everyday (Or 3 times a week using Gavin Kane’s protocol for more info email us or check out www.anabolex.com) I prefer every day dosing and many of my clients get better gains as well with this approach. For fat burning purposes the full dose in A.M. works best, however if mass gain is your goal take it post workout. Inject subQ in stomach as this will aid in local fat loss. After shot wait 15 minutes then inject IGF I.M. in the body part just trained.

IGF-1(Research chemical): 60mcg taken either in divided dose of 30mcg in AM and 30mcg post workout or 60mcg full dose post workout (In the past we did 15mcg doses through out the day) For most users the best gains are with a single dose post workout.

Humalog(OTC in most countires): Only use humalog type of insulin. There are various ways to take this but I will address only the PWO method here. Take 2-10IU’s (please start low, this baby packs a punch and with IGF you will need less anyway) 30 minutes after your IGF-1 Shot. I do slin IM now although most prefer subQ as it takes longer to become active. Shooting it IM can have it ‘hit’ you faster so be careful.


Diet, supplement and drug schedule:

Training day Only: 2 hours pre workout have a protein and carb meal. I prefer chicken and rice or rice cakes. Take some vitamins then along with a fast acting oral steroid such as dbol... Our T3 clinic suggests 50mg of dbol 1.5 hours pre-workout for best gains.

30 minutes pre workout: CEE and amino acid supplementation

In the gym change room: ECA and 1000mg of omega 3 along with 1000mg of Vitamin C. Take in a NO supplement such as BSN No-Explode.

**Sip a protein drink during the workout consisting of 15-20 grams of fast acting proteins. **

Mid point of workout: 4 amino acid tabs

Post workout: Green Tea tabs along with a fat burner such as Lipo-6 or Red Devils. 4 amino acid tabs GH injection, subQ in the stomach area.

Go tanning: You look better dark and your pasty white skin is making us all sick

…15mins later: 60mcg of IGF-1 IM into muscle trained. Creatine monohydrate and simple carbs. I prefer Phoshagen HP. Also take in half a protein shake in water at this point. 25 grams of protein in a fast acting form.


…20 mins later: Humalog inject dose you are comfortable with along with a glass of apple juice, some amino acid tabs, rice cakes and one apple. Have the second half of the protein shake for another 25 grams in fast acting form. (If you prefer take a full serving 50grams total with your shot and skip the protein shake with your IGF)

….20mins later: Another protein Shake along with green tea and a carb source such as oatmeal.

1 hour later: A carb/.protein meal with EFA’s. Usually steak and potato with 5000mg’s of Omega 3’s.

Keep eating clean every 3 hours from this point on. Take in more carbs if needed. Do not use this routine late at night as you could go into a hypo shock while asleep. Wait at least 4 hours before going to bed so the humalog will be out of your system.

Watch your fat intact as the insulin will also shuttle fat at this stage. I find EFA’s are fine at this stage mind you, but keep an eye on your waist.

The GH, GH Frag and, IGF should keep any fat gain to a minimal from the insulin however. Make sure to eat a lot of calories from protein and carbs in this 4 hour window in order to create an ultra-anabolic environment. Before going to bed take another dose of dbol at a low dose of 10-15mg.

Now for the nutters out there:

Forget the post workout humalog shot. Now I hate to write this as it is not safe. But it can work. If you die don’t blame us. We right now are saying this is for EXPERIENCED insulin users ONLY.

Honestly you don’t need slin even on the above cycle if you don’t want it. It is tricky stuff. Using it this way is even worse. You could drop dead during the workout. But if you survive the pump and growth is unreal. Unreal. Massive gains in LEAN mass. Not your usual FAT slin gains. Take the GH first thing in the Am on this routine.

Drink a carb source like Gatorade through the workout along with 20 grams of protein

Mid point of workout: 4 amino acid tabs

Keep drinking Gatorade and protein (editor note: I suggest Nectar protein *P.F)

Post workout: Green Tea tabs along with a fat burner such as Lipo-6 or Red Devils. 4 amino acid tabs. Take in an extra dose of dbol, usually around 25mg is fine. Half the pre workout dose.

Go tanning: You look better dark and your pasty white skin is making us all sick

…15mins later: 60mcg of IGF-1 IM into muscle trained. Creatine monohydrate and simple carbs. I prefer Phoshagen HP. Also take in a protein shake at this point. 50 grams of protein in a fast acting form.

1 hour later: Another protein Shake along with green tea and a carb source such as oatmeal.
