Hey guys. We just signed up. Looks like a great site.

We are part of Tactical Torture Training, an intense X-rep based training program.

It is run by Poppa Flex; who some of you may know from MuscleNexus or CJM (although he is not online much - I think the old bugger is scared of the net myself).

With him are L.W. and myself (Cobra), MonsterRhino, and SSC.
I'm the youngest of the bunch so I'm basically the janitor at the gym. One glorious day I'm told I might make juice bar attendant, one can dream...

We are opening up a supplement site very soon (hopefully this month) and will be carrying U.S. based supplements - ie: no watered down Canadian versions, I hate those.
I was suckered in more then once in the past with what I thought was a real product only to find our version is lacking anything worthwhile.

We are in talks to put a banner up here so until then I'll just leave it at that.
Hope everyone's training is going good and that the winter months were fun. Hey, bulking is always fun right?

Yes Littlewilly. I think he is growing tired of that name. He is going to sign up here soon as well.
L.W. is using our supps right now and for the past 4 months has been training with Flex on one of Flex's T3 pulse-stretch overload routines.

The other people I listed are trainers and writers that have helped out
TeamT3 alot with some trial and error routines and different protocals for supps and peptides.

Welcome bro, definitely recognize the avy. Looking forward to reading a bit more about T3 training.
