Anybody tried these?Much more versatile then the puny little ab wheels,they roll easily on more surfaces,such as your carpet.You can stretch out more with these due to the height of the handles.You can place your feet in the stirrups,and do movements similar to a TRX without needing a place to hang it.

it's an awesome piece of workout gear, I has a small version that hit the junk bin the day I picked this one up.

It is isn't it.I do some hyper extended glute ham developer movements plus machine crunches and I am still sore two days later.You can roll out to the sides as well which you cannot do effectively with the small wheels.
