Hey guys, I'm 14 years old and I want to become stronger. I recently played hockey for 9 years and soccer for 9 years. Rep hockey. So I was pretty fit, but not considered super strong. I quit both sports because of loss of interest. I know play Paintball. But I've gained some weight, but I'm not fat. I am around 5'6/5'7 and weigh 120-130LBS. I want to get back into working out but I don't know where to start. If you guys could help me out. Giving me a good schedule of when to work out, what to lift, what workouts to do. I'm in grade 9 and I'm trying to get bigger for the ladies. Please if you could help me out that would be great! :cflag

You should find somebody to teach you how to squat,deadlift,and bench,in that order.

Agreed...and eat a tonne of good food, get 8 hours sleep minimum every night. Find a high level powerlifter in your area and learn from him.
