I am looking for a sports dietitian\nutritionist. I will need to travel regardless or may even be able to do a remote. Anyway, Toronto an Ottawa are about the the same distance for me to travel to. I want a person that will work with me knowing I am going to be cycling, and I do not mean riding a bike.

If I were you I would try to read up as much as possible. I`m sure you could find what you`re looking for in the forums. If not just ask questions. Have you ever priced a nutritionist? We`re talking hundreds of dollars here. With the money you save from finding the info yourself, you could just buy more juice!

My health plan at work covers the cost. So, I get to save my cash. I know I would eventually find the info I need. I was just hoping to expedite the process.

I can. But I would like to have at least the initial consultation in person. Then I an go for quarterly reviews.

Do dieticians practice the same "oath of secrecy" that doctors and psychologists follow? I would hope so. Because if you don`t know who you`re dealing with and their views on steroids, you could get one of those pricks who would tell your boss saying you`re a juicer. I would hate for that to happen to anyone, that`s why I would make sure to know at least a little about that person before going into consultations that your health plan cover. The same would go for any type of "partying" one does. In the end it`s usually best that the least people who know about these things the better.

Hire Dr. Mauro Di pasquale or Scott Abel in the TO area. Both are well versed in juice and nutrition and will keep it quiet. They are experienced with top pro bodybuilders, olympic athletes and many juicers.

this is really the problem with 90% of people who want to get big/look a certain way. Any dollar spent on developing a solid food/diet/nutrition plan is worth 10x the money that it would be worth if spent on juice.

I would be the last to disagree with you that food is the ultimate drug! With little "assisted use" I have under my belt, I have no choice but to follow a very stict diet with gains that just seem harder and harder to achieve. I just don`t believe there any any secrets that a nutritionist can give you. He most likely will do some trial and error, something an educated bodybuilder can do himself.

I mean if someone is already juicing I would assume they know how many calories are in a gram of protein, carb and fat. When to stimulate insulin, when fast protein is best and all...

Perhaps I just think this way because I`ve never hired an expert to lay out a plan for me being ignorant to what it could offer. But in the end all`s I think this person is doing is making an educated guess something that you`d end up doing yourself and could do so for free. I think it the person seeking a nutritional plan is seeking peace of mind. Nothing wrong with that.

Do you want to relocate to Smalltown, Ontario? It is a great company to work for. We have no gym to speak of. We just go out in the bush and see who can lift the biggest logs. We do our squats with a maple strapped to our shoulders. I have been getting my winter wood set. That is a serious workout.
