I made up a little spreadsheet comparing the costs of Whey Protein, mostly from Canadianprotein.ca, with a little comparison from True Nutrition. I think the discount I used from TN is defunct now, but regardless it's not worth it to ship cross borders with shipping costs being what they are. Note that if you live in a different province, taxes will be different for you.

It's interesting to see that the cheapest protein is almost the best deal; one thing to bear in mind is that the best deal (Ultra 45) is only available as unflavoured, and that may sway your choice. The best deal for flavoured protein is the cheapest, the 25lbs of Whey concentrate.

Criticisms welcome, anything I should add? Anyone know of cheaper deals anywhere?

I should note that this is a work in progress, and will be updated occasionally.

Thanks,
Tyler

Thanks, however the fact remains hat for Canadians, a Canadian site is still a better deal.

You also forget that there is a 5% promo for CP as well.
And thank you for the spreadsheet it helps a lot.

I couldn't find any working 5% discount for CP, the ones I knew (CP102 and BA2013) are no longer valid.

I just checked and you're right it doesn't work anymore.
Anyway still informative. I'll be making a ultra 45 purchase in the next few months. Hopefully some kind of coupon comes up then.

You could also put in how much carbs and fats in each serving.
the cheapest New Zealand Whey Isolate (83.3%) I found is at London drugs when it goes on sale. But even then, New Zealand Ultra 45 Is much cheaper (40%???).

Sorry guys, the sponsors pay for the site to stay up. We can't allow promotion of outside companies unless they sponsor the site. Thread closed.
