awesome pics bro.. his showing at this years New York Pro was awesome.. made a ton of improvements in 1 yrs.. his chest has always been his weak point be at this years NYP it was pretty much twice as big compared to the year before.. i think Evan has a great future.. he only did 1 pro show and won it.. :O

Has some food prep vids on youtube, some good ideas..

I notice he cooked 5 days worth of chicken. Does chicken breast stay good for that long after its cooked refridgerated?!
