Any suggestions on stimulating one appetite?I am not blessed with a large one and am stuggling to get in the required cals per day.* Some days its ok and others I struggle with bloat and no desire to eat.Diet is pretty clean, meat sources are lean and varied carbs.* I have tried blending., yuk potatos and hamburger, and am now considering substituting a quality meal replacement, although I do prefer whole foods.
work out 5 days per week with good intensity.
any sugg would be most appreciated.

i havent ever had a problem eating just eating too much!
i have heard vit b12 works well at stimulating appetite...and eq
**** stimulating appetite, man up and force feed yourself
i guarantee everyone on the board does it, including myself
you can also dirty up your diet to get more cals and take a fat burner to even out the negatives a bit
(actually, taking a supplement to increase your rate of metabolism WILL make you hungrier)
or smoke copious amounts of dope like i do :P

Only time I have trouble eating is when I take orals, they just kill my appetite. Just make sure you eat 6,7 or 8 times a day, this should increase your appetite.

i notice an increase in appetite with both of those. maybe try eating less more often, might kick things into gear...

I thought you always started with "a bowl of leafy greens"?

take weight gainer shakes in between meals, high in cals and it will train your body to take in more food.

I have never had a problem eating. Even when I am sick as a dog I can pack the food back.

Like the other guys are saying. Force feeding, lots of small meals. Also make sure you're getting lots of fibre and if its calories you're after eat lots of nuts and stuff like that.

haha, didnt think anyone listened. but yes, i have a huge increase in energy for muay thai when i eat a large salad, like baby romaine, about 1/2 hour before.
i am pretty much the opposite of everyone on this board, im trying to look less like a bodybuilder and get smaller and skinnier so i can fight faster and more efficiently. i'm a lean 190 at 5'8 and i cant seem to lose weight, eating straight vegetables i couldnt get lower than 183.

I thought you would be thinner than that. You must have a wide build? big bones? 5'8 190lb is a heavy bodyweight, specially being that lean.

GHRP-6 injected 30 to 60 minutes prior to a meal. This is really not good if you're dieting, take it from one with experience. :o

At 6'0 and 260lbs most people think i eat a truck load everyday but it in reality my appetite has always been very moderate. Force feeding never worked for me as i just throw that shit up...what a waste.. Ultimately the only thing the truly worked for me (to this point) was morning cardio on an empty stomach. If i do even 30mins of moderate cardio in the morning, my appetite is animalistic for the rest of the day.
Bump the Terminator though, i have heard good things about GHRP-6 increasing appetite. I may have to give that a try in the future.

Thanks for all the feedback and it would seem the b12 and "mind over matter" have helped. Also eating every hour or two has made the volume size more managable
