Check my log on bb.com

http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=108601961

Everything is in there.

Thanks guys!

I'm only testing this diet just to know if I can use it for a contest prep. It's working great for me. I have 2-3 more weeks and I'll go on maintenance for 2 months. Then I'm lean bulking.

Good job Simon, you're leaning up nicely. The difference in the amount of water you're holding is crazy. No more moon face:)

LOL. I used to dirty bulk to increase my calories. One fastfood meal everyday. Never again... Quality over quantity ;-)

Thanks buddy!

I've been training since 3 years and bodybuilding since 2 years(with a serious diet). I have great passion for this sport. I can't wait to see how I'll look in 5-10 years...
