NOTE: I understand that i can find all these answer online and i have, but i would like your opinion on these questions

I been training 1 muscle group a week and now Im been looking into a hypertrophy program. From what I have researched, training 1 muscle group a week is less effective because your muscles rest for too long while doing hypertrophy program you train more your muscles. What is your take on this?

What do you guys think of intermittent fasting? When would you implement IF?

What do you guys think of diet drinks, ie zelo calories drink? I have heard that it may give you cancer, but some say you would need to consume alot of them to get cancer?

What about 2 percent milk while cutting? 1 cup a day? Is it okay as long as it fits your macros?

Currently cutting
5 ft 4
138, goal weight 132 or untill i reach 7bf
160p, 125c, 55fats, 30fiber

Working a muscle group once per week works fine...ever see a guy named Dorian Yates? I went from 170lbs to 285lbs working a muscle group once per week. Dont get caught up on programs because to be quite honest its never the program that leads to success its you and your mindset and your work ethic...ie your ability to focus and go beyond where most people stop.

I dont recommend intermittent fasting for a BB based on the fact that out bodies cannot store protein.

Diet drinks are fine to use moderately while dieting...as for the health issue thats debatable...many things can cause cancer

I dont recommend dairy while dieting because of the sugar content.
