Hey Prae,

With all the information I could gather, below is my first cycle with good diet and cardio.... Cutting lowering body fat %...

Week 1-8 test prop 75-100 mg eod
week 1-8 aromasin (control water weight and estrogen levels)
Week 1-8 var 10mg ed tab (hardness and control food intake)
week 2-7 hcg 300iu every 4th day
week 7-8 hcg 1000iu ed
week 8-12 nolva/clomid 40/40/20/02
Week 13-14 clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
week 13-14 T3 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

Any adjustments would be appreciated.....

should I add HGH?

Hello every one, please advice since I have been searching for a while and haven't get to a clear response yet
I am 43, 5:11", 190 pounds, I have been working out all my life but On and off, now since Nov 2011 I started again and never stopped, I lost almost 85 pounds of fat and gained around 25 pounds of muscle, now I m looking to start my 1st cycle since at my age I believe it is gonna be very hard to get where i want with out steroids, what would be the best combination for me to get the maximum muscle without water retention, I m not looking to look very big but more shred and tight with an average size... I am presently out of the country but I can manage to get what ever is needed to start asap.
Please direct me to the right people or advice.

I know this is Prae's corner , but a frst cycle IMO should be no more than 500mg test e or test c witha proper PCT. Adding compounds to a basic test cycle the first go round is a waste. Great gains can be made from 500mg test and a good diet. My two cents.

so you prefer TEST E over Prop? or saying up Test Prop to 500mg a week is better?

Less pinning to get 500mg test e rather than Prop. Less $ too when you go mg for mg. Prop should be administered ED or EOD. If you wanna bulk then go with the test e or c. If you wanna lean out then go with the Prop and applicable diet. Typically a first timer wants to add some mass that they can keep. I'm not so sure that starting with Prop will lead to this. Just MO.

Does the PCT look good? Here is my modfication: which one is do you think is better...

1-8 test P 500mg split mon/thurs
2-8 aromasin 12.5mg eod (control water weight and estrogen levels)
4-8 HCG 500ius x2 a week (
Pct.
8-11 Nolva 40/20/20/20
8-11 Clomid 50/25/25/25
11-20 Anavar (stops any rebound, increases free test, keeps eastro at gd level)
11-20 Daa powder 3gs a day (increases test)

Few things dont make sense...

Prop is sort ester..mon and thurs doesnt make sense for a short ester...EOD is much better. Mon and Thurs for long esters.

You shouldnt need any aromasin running prop

Water weight will be more a result of your diet.

HCG at 500iu twice per week is very low..f you are young and have very little cycles under your belt it might be ok.

Nolva at 20mg twice daily along with clomid at 50mg twice daily for 2-3 weeks is better.

DO NOT use the anavar that's complete BS. It will prevent recovery and it does not increase free test or control estrogen or stop any rebound.

DAA i would avoid..hcg, clomid and nolva is plenty.

one final question is it ok to take Anvar while on prop then?

Week 1-8 var 10mg ed tab (hardness and control food intake) increase to 50mg a day
week 2-8 hcg 500iu twice per week
week 8-11 nolva 20mg twice daily
Week 8-11 clomid 50mg twice daily
Week 8-10 clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
week 8-10-14 T3 2 weeks on 2 weeks off

Yes you can take anavar with prop no issues. 10mg is too little for a male to see any significant affect. I would suggest at least 30mg ED

Clen should be run ED not 2 weeks on 2 weeks off that is very inefficient and increases sides dramatically. Start low 20mcg twice daily and increase by 20mcg every two weeks maxing at a dosage of 120-150mcg ED. You can run it for the 10 weeks without issue.Sam with the T3 it is used ED. I would leave it out and only start it when fat loss halts even with ample cardio. Cardio should be ED starting low 25min walking daily and increasing by 5-10 min each week depending on fat loss. Your diet is much more important then T3 or clen or cycle for that matter...it will determine the majority of your gains/losses.
