I just thought of doing a poll to help out MP with his decision on the picture section policies.

What do you think the pictures section policies should be?

Bumping Fergus...it will only bring unwanted attention.

I can't see harm in pictures of old/busted labs, but definitely not anything current. So it's just best not to allow them at all.

I agree. There's no need for pics. I could see the value in posting pics of known legit pharma in an effort to thwart fakes through comparison, but pics of UGL, along with allowing discussion, will bring nothing positive to the table.

The people posting pics and bumping the labs will be people who have a vested interest in doing so, we dont need that here.

Interesting results so far. Keep them coming folks.

I was surprised that the subsection even came in. Legally, there are hardly any differences between commenting about UGL gear and commenting on pictures of UGL gear. It's the same thing.

I'm against it. Only bashing/praise will come and you'll see sources posting to promote, Hell, i think if a lab is still around AND good word of mouth is all you need.
Even with the few posts i've already seen i've figured out who to watch if i was LE. Some people just asking for a good bust, Keep pictures off. Also discussion, to minimal. Now, HG gear imo i'd say is fine, as it's a legit company, and with UG (if around) labels change, here and there, so and old label you'd think fake, I've seen already bashing , AND people trying to fix danage, im sure this won't stop.

Its funny, the people voting to keep them are not posting up here at all. Come on guys lets hear your reasoning.

Many good points... For the most part UGL's are not faked unless it's something that was very popular like BD. But other than that, they usually aren't and its pharm grade stuff that is.. I think the pics bring allot of unwanted attention, and now I can PM everyone that has commented on the pics of a particular lab and ask for a source ( which I am not doing ) just an example of how reps or a source can push their product.. And then of course the bashing will start with those who have a hidden agenda or bias towards one lab...

Bad news... We do not need pics.. The situation is bad enough with powder shortages, China, and recent busts... I would prefer to be able to get gear when I want.. If the pics section stays up, I will honesty stock up on 3 years worth of gear as the inevitable busts will happen...

EDIT * i wanted to vote for no gear pictures section but hit the wrong button *

I'm contemplating going over to the dark side one day... and I was interested in finding out where to go if and when...

Looking at the arguments against, I'm pretty much ready to accept that the reasons not to have a pics section beat out my reasons for wanting to learn more, though. No point in having info out there if it is only going to put good bros in danger.

Although, I know exactly why it was done.

I have know problem with pics by the board owner only and then locked down right away so no one can post.

Pics are a bad idea as they bring pro/com posts from members.....word of mouth between friends is a much better/safer idea ! Simply my opinion though

i have been sourced a few times on this site.....once for gear and about 6 times for pct.....posting pics will surely bring about more of this

It would be nice to have, however if the goal is to keep information away from specific organizations/individuals, etc. this really is contrary to that objective. Maybe a more secure format could work, what that would look like, i don't know. It just seems a little risky.

As a newbie I appreciate the pics to make sure I am getting the real deal. However, I would lock down commenting. I believe this would fall under the rule that there is not supposed to be discussions on UG labs. This is a great board because there is no flaming and bitch sessions. No need to give people a reason to start now.

ROFL!

It only took an hour and half to change your mind.

I'll say it again, a pic section serves no purpose and will only bring negativity. It'd be a great feature if this was an open source board, but it would change the climate here considerably.

Actually, just had a thought. On some other boards, we have "for sale" sections that will let the original posted post and modify his post, but will not allow any replies. This way the picture could be put up, and it would completely stop any and all discussion about it and force people to take it private.

i appreciate the fact that there is no lab talk. due to the fact that the reps will always promote their gear as great. however, the opposite also exists... where a bad lab...which there are a few...are getting away with selling bunk gear, and no ones the wiser. its a catch 22.

Then again you can always try a few bottles and check it for yourself...don't like the results.....change labs.

Exactly! Do you notice no one else is posting a picture? lol I guess the others are confident in there products, THESE are the labs to deal with the ones in the back ground.
