keto diet w/no carbs + 2 hour cardio and 2 hour weight sessions x 7days a week = recipe for disaster

In addition to the diet, I think we'd all like to hear a little more about how you went from 260 to 150 and how that has changed your life so far. What was your diet like before and where has it gone now? Losing that much weight in a short time often leads to gaining the weight back. Most people on this forum who have competed could relate on a smaller scale (ex. losing 20-40 pounds for a show + post show rebound). Losing that much weight isn't easy on the mind, and eventually the big question is how sustainable is that weight loss.

Without seeing your diet, previous or current, I would recommend taking it easy and seeing if you can ease back on the diet and or cardio and progress from there. It seems as though you may be needing to eat little + do lots to sustain your current level of bodyfat. It may or may not be a healthy thing to do.

I don't think working out 4 hours a day is necessarily a bad thing if you have the time and its enjoyable to you - but if your doing it on little calories, it could be a recipe for disaster in the future.

haha... I guess simultaneous posts with the same phrase "recipe for disaster" sums it up!

Yeah, I will not post it a 3rd time, but it was my first thought, metabolic damages.

I think the key here is to not obsess about being 6% vs 8% vs. 10%. You hear about this sort of thing with girls a lot, but I think its almost just as common with men. Many guys start lifting weight hoping they can get their bench up from 200 to 400 in months, and are quick to jump on anabolics etc. The same can be said here. Not saying this is the case with you, but since you're relatively new to being at a healthier weight, don't jeopardize your health in attaining another level. Just as the example of the guy hoping to go from 200 to 400 bench... this takes time. Be happy putting on 10 pounds on the bench every few months. And in your case, be happy with your new body and don't go all crazy trying to improve it even more. There are definitely healthy and unhealthy ways to get to the same endpoint. Take your time.

Well it may be your nutrition because the term "keto" is a very relative one. The way to getting very lean is to optimize diet, training, and cardio and minimize cortisol, stress, etc I have had clients where reducing the total work volume was necessary to start seeing fat loss again.

Its not about doing things the hardest...its about doing them the smartest.

You could do a keto at 6000 cals a day or 2000 cals a day. One will allow you to lose the other won't. If you don't know or aren't consistent then figuring that out would be a good step. Btw. Congratz on losing the fat and getting seriously active.
