Dont use the stairmaster but I like to go on the treadmill right behind them and watch all the hotties do there thing

But back to the question. I hang on to the handles with a light grip. A pet peeve of mine are the people that literally hold themselves up on the handles. WTF?

Oh trust me, I've seen plenty that hold themselves up. Looks like they're working more arms than legs.
