Hey!
I'm new here and i just started working out about 6 month's ago. I need to drop about 15lbs and i would like to know some of top fat burners out there and what is the best way to use them? Right now i am using Hydroxycut(normal) but i heard that there is a stronger one call Hydroxycut Hardcore which works better. Thanks

I will tell you which products did squat for me.

-Vaporize (basically fish oil and sesamine)
-Scorch (did ****-all)
-Lean Xtreme (money down the drain)

Nothing ever worked for me besides the ECA stack.

Save your money and do a 3 day lower carbs (around 50-100 grams a day) and 1 day normal (200+ grams or whatever your regular diet is) split. You'll lose the 15 lbs in no time and it won't hurt your muscle gains too much.

Think it depends on the person but, ECA's fat loss properties seem to get better the longer you're on them.... T3/Clen are the opposite.

Someone explained Clen/T3 to me as if it was your Ace. You use it for your last stubborn 5-8 pounds of fat. You don't want to use your Ace too early, save it for the end.

good point. But i would be cycling t3/clen for 2-3 weeks and eca inbetween. But keeping my doses fairly moderate.

Anyway I dont want to hijack this thread.

I have used hot rox, hydroxy cut 24, lipo 6x and that six pack abs from precision. It is hard to judge because my diet and routine were not exactly the same each time i used these supps. But I like Six pack abs quite a bit, hydroxy and lipo are pretty much the same. Hot rox were shit imo. If your diet and routine are dialed in then fat burners should not matter to much. I think find a supplement that gives you energy to perform is really important. But hey, caffeine pills do that and they are $7 a bottle lol.

I eat clean monday to friday and cheat on the weekends.

EC (ephedrine 24mg + Caffeine 200mg) stack for me. Simple, effective, and cheap on the wallet.

I forgot why aspirin is neccessary, can someone fill me in please.

I got the idea from a poster here to do my diet like that and it works good I have to say. I started my weight loss journey with the atkins diet and was a wreck after the first few days, not to mention the muscle mass I lost from the no-carb eating. 3-1 split is enjoyable, eat good and healthy and not look like skeletor either. :yeah

Freebsd, is there like a maximum limit for carbs on these 3 days in your case? you mentioned 50g, how do you take that? in one meal, split?

For the 3 days, I try to limit my carb intake to under 100 grams total with the 4 to 5 meals I eat. Anywhere between 50-100 grams of carbs is the goal.
Eat mostly meat (tuna, ham, beef) with the occassional whole wheat slice of bread. On the 4th day, up the carbs by having a bagel and egg sandwich in the morning, peanut butter and jam sandwich for lunch and a nice big supper. I like tuna alot and it's great out of the can and covered in tabasco sauce. Gotta be creative with the meals but it can be done. I will occasionally buy some middle-eastern foods, got a craving for the spices. :tu

speaking of tuna I hear that eating more then 4 cans a week is unhealthy due to its mercury content... plus sodium. If that's so then I am screwed because I eat around 12 cans a week. I will have to try putting tobasco on it..

Stick to 'light' tuna, its made with mainly yellowfin and skipjack, so it has less omega-3's in it, but far less mercury.

Aspirin is added to thin the blood flow as eph(some people not all) gives people minor blood clots. In short prevents blood clots.

I wasn't doubting that you do. Apologies if it came off that way. I just wanted to emphasis the importance of diet above all.

I've just found most fat burners are nothing more than placebo in a pill, with a bunch of caffeine in them so that you feel something. That said, I do know the ECA stack does work well.

You say you only have 15lbs left before you hit your goal. To me that sounds like you've already been dieting down for some time? Is that right? Perhaps it's time to stoke the metabolism fires again and up the calories to maintenance levels for a little while?

It's a slow process I know...ughh...I've got about 10lbs left to go myself.

If you're going over the counter the only thing that's worked for me for fat loss is ECA.

I've tried all those fancy overpriced Hydroxycuts and CLA mixtures, not worth it for my body.

Under the counter you'd want to research Clen, T3, Albuterol, Aboleo, Helios etc.

If you're already relatively lean and only have 15 lbs of fat to lose I think you want to focus on your diet / training more than any supplements. Tailor your diet and your calories for a smooth 1-3 lbs a week defecit and you're there - in a month or two.

i just picked up "REV XP" and "Lean System 7", stacking that with CLA and not a very clean diet, ill let you know how it goes :D
