So I had some jaw surgery about a year and a half ago, now its got lots of screws and plates in there. Ive run gh many times in the past and never had this issue before. right now at 8iu EOD of hyges I'm having difficulty chewing and I'm having pain where I believe my plates and screws to be located. Wondering if this could lead to any complications? I could get the lpates and screws removed now that the jaw has healed in place, but after my last experience with surgery, I'd rather not. Do you know anyone with plates and screws that has had this issue with gh? I assume my jaw is growing and the scerws and plates are not moving with the growth causing the pain.

Gh bring adrenal gland up..
This is my advice it wont fix but it wil help
You do a self applied kynesiology massage
You massage below gum by pressure technique n pull it on pressure specially near back area of mouth
kind hard to explain but when you nail it
it hurt like hell .. n it relax jam tension afterwords..
if cant do well on your own go see a kinesiologist

Your plates have closed as you are past puberty and your jaw will not grow from GH. Have you had your jaw checked recently just to make sure there are no issues? Heat should also relax the jaw muscle.

why are you running 8iu EOD? What is the benefit from that over 4iu ED?

I'm going to make an appt with my dentist and see what he says about it, wont be mentioning the gh thuogh, might have nothing to do with it.
Why EOD? Well, you hear many different theories about what works best, so right now I'm just trying this one out. Plus its alot easier than pinning at work. I just do it EOD before bed. Seems just as effective as splitting it up. Sides are definitly there in full effect, aching numb hands, swolen feet, achey jaw (aparently!).

ED is best with HGH.

Maybe I will try 4iu ed before bed for a while and see how it goes. I had to stop due to the pain in the joints but mostly my jaw/ Some things just arent worth it...

I would advise to take morning and post workout. When you take exogenous GH it will blunt natural gh release and the largest gh release is 2-3 hours after falling asleep during REM sleep. You would want to maximize this as well as take the exogenous gh during the day.
