the back is good, its only the lighting in the picture that makes it look all soft...

i will put up a pic of the wheels when i get home.. they are looking retarded tho i can squat 385lbs seven times for three sets (with a belt) but its killer on my knees

the calves are also looking a lot better altho ive definately been neglecting them and the abs (as you can tell)

to tell you the truth all my muscles and tendons have become really sore in the past week. ive started getting calf cramps and neck/jaw cramps almost daily its ****ing annoying cause it hurts like a bitch and i cant do anything about it so every time i yawn i'm all sketched out..

**** its hard to be motivated at this point in the game andi got a gf now so the amoutn of time available for training keeps declinging and then when im in the gym im all distracted and shit

anyways, i wont going the full 12 weeks, im just going to finish off the packs of tbol and var and start pct to save my liver some angst. i got my feet wet, so now im going to spend the next year traning @ moderate intensity and plan out my next cycle (test, tren, and winny, loooooooooove the winny).

Looking good! I'd concentrate on building up the quads...maybe try training lighter actually, with really tight form...and widening the back. Keep it up.

i agree qwith that assessment ,it looks like your keeping your back crunched together in your back pose ,spread them when you do that pose youll see the difference

hey guys thanks for all the props :D

i def have terrible definition on my quads, but i am going more for size/strenght in that area. i usually do 3 sets of 7-8reps with a heavy weight, and then another 2 sets with only 2 plates till faliure (around 20 reps).

i dont do any cardio (well other than sex), but i do take my CLA like candy and these pics is 1 week into a clen cycle + the winny makes me super vascular hence the appearance of lack of bf :P

anyways, ill post pics up againt 2 months post cycle

5"11 @ 194lbs (0 water retention) in the most recent pics

i started at 182 BUT i was on creatine, which i dropped, which put me down to 177-178 after the water was gone.

so in all i put on approx 16lbs, my goal was 20.

good job man.. you have a good frame on you, just keep adding that size.. im not sure if i missed it or not.. what are you cycling?

im @ week 7 right now i was gonna run a full 12 weeks but id rather save my liver for next cycle

Just wondering, for your cutting cycle, do you ever find the need to throw in some orals like clen/albuterol, T3 etc? And do you prefer Prop over other test esters?
