i started it this week...and 2 days in im so sore..its unbelieveable

It's a great training regimen just don't forget to switch it up every so often. Try them reversed too or just plain old lift and switch up the reps or sets. Congrats man!

I have done it in the past, i actually have been doing it again for the last week and i have been sore as hell too. I find that when i have trained this way previously I make really..realy slow strength gains and find i plateau very quickly.

yeah i was doing 6 reps heavy...but im really loving this regime already...day off today though

Nope. Done it in the past but not anymore. Too much volume and not enough intensity for my liking. I agree with Slick Rick, strength gains are slow. Tend to expend too much energy and everything ends up being sub-maximal training. Would work well for beginners but not as well for experienced lifters.

I train that way and cycle it with MAX-OT style too. Great results.

pyramid training is good, i just keep lifting till its really heavy
