made an order with a new source. tracking says the package was delivered successfully this morning but nothing has arrived. it's retarded how the canada post tracking doesn't tell you the exact address that the package was sent. could have just sent some fuking flier to some random house in my area.

hm, well that is really fuking gay then. i looked all around the fuking house. nothing. i asked the people up stairs... nothing. would there be any point in calling canada post? could it possibily come tomorrow even tho it says it was already delivered?

I haven't heard of that happening myself. Delivered means usually off the truck/out of hand. I don't know if Canada Post will give you the destination address if you give them the tracking #. Just tell them you're concerned you gave the wrong postal code. See if they'll confirm destination address.
Yes it happened to me before it came the next day.Just keep us posted.
In some cases it considered to be "arrived" once it has left your local post office and is in the mail truck ... your mail delivery guy might just be dog ****ing, chances are it will show up before wednesday.

Yes Union works god i would love a slow pace job like that haha.But you are right a called Canada post once before about this and they told me the same.

If you're in the GTA - I wonder if the severe thunderstorms this afternoon may have caused some delays. In any event, there's hope.. keep us posted.

I've heard people had great results. Just not me. Shit happens. What matters is they tried to fix it... but..on to different things.
canada post can and does error. what matters, as stated above, is that the source is solid.

Check tomorrow if your mailman is all buffed now, might be a clue :-)

My CP post stuff goes to my post office box. I live in the sticks. If it comes by courier it gets dropped at the local gas station.
same thing with my 1st order......i chwck the tracking # as its coming overnight.....and says its been delievered.....i almost shit myself.....thinking which neighbor would have got my pack and they are gonna know its for me......turns out the bastard just scanned the f'n thing as soon as it was loaded onto his truck.....showed up after lunch.....

I had that happen to me and they said they left a delivery card at my door indicating I had to go pick it up from the local post office because I wasn't home. It was bullshit since they left me nothing at all. I had to call CanadaPost and ask them where my package was being held, then go over and pick it up with photo ID.
My suspicion is the postal delivery guy/gal decided not to finish his route and just marked everything as delivered and let me deal with having to call CanadaPost to verify. ****ing lazy pricks...
Don't know for sure though.

Ya what Canadapost will sometimes do is just leave all packages at the depot and then just leave delivery notices since its much easier than carrying around packages, it happened to me once and I bitched at them for it.
Either Canadapost delivered your package to the wrong address or it's just a little late. If your source is reliable you've got nothing to worry about.

lucky my source was nice enough to send me it again no charge.
canada post really sucks sometimes.

The card will be delivered tomorrow. They often delay delivering the card, since the package won't be at the depot until after the drivers run is complete. It is meant to save you a trip in case you beat the driver to the depot.
I hear you about Canada Post though. Some of the delivery men are just lazy bastards, and their tracking system needs a complete overhaul.

...ask your source to 'request signature' when sending it. Plain and simple. This way no ****ing lazy CP guy can get away with doing a half-assed job...
