Anadrol because of the harsh effects on the liver.
Tren for beginners or those that have anger issues.
Winstrol for those that are prone to hairloss.
Suspension for pussies that can't take pain :D

Depends on a few different things I guess. For instance anyone under 21 should not take any gear at all. Same goes for Joe Blow who got his first membership to a gym last week and hasn't seen a fast enough increase. Joe then decides that as soon as he's done eating his hotdog and downing his can of Rootbeer that he'll join up to canadabodybuilding.com and ask the guys what they recommend for gear. The answer of course is none.

I think their will be alot of different opinions as far as each type of roid goes. So many variables based upon the individual. Sometimes there's no wrong answer. One guy will say that a first cycle should use Test-e as the base so the amount of injections is significantly reduced. A good point for sure. But then another guy will argue that if you use prop and find out that your body reacts badly to it, it'll get out of your system faster. Who's right? Who's wrong?

each compound has its time and place. i believe moderation is key and that many people are guilty of excess.

i would caution more about such things as insulin, T3 or diuretic use.

I don't like winny because of what it did to my hair. I guess I am prone to it. I was new and stupid and I thought I could trust the advice I was getting. Learned my lesson quick. Do your own research.

Funny thing, my brother took winnie and had no problems with his hair. Wonder if it was fake, or I just got the shit end of the stick!

I don't recommend deca because EQ is a better option in my opinion.
Same goes for tren, a-bombs, h-bombs, or slin except for the serious athlete.
Tren just seems to be a scary compound in the hands of a naive person because of the night sweats, coughing, etc.

Winny if you already have joint pain.

this is a hard question to answer, since its so subjective. meaning, some will find more success with certain compounds than others. but, in short, i believe all compounds should be researched thouroughly before use. if you know what your getting yourself into, and can identify the sides..whether it be hypoglycemia from slin etc., you should find success in moderation. but to answer this question; aside from all the fat burners, and every prohormone out there (M1T, 1AD etc, etc, etc.), the only one i would truely shy on the side of caution would be cheque drops. though i prefer some compounds over others, i have yet to encounter any real serious sides from compounds i've used (knock on wood)...mind you, i do have a few acne scars and half a head of hair, so i guess, its up to you as to what you determine as safe.

same here

actually, winny helped me get over my joint pain.

before, i had to take glucosamine like 4x a day, and my knees would still be killing me. if i didnt take it walking around was a chore.

then i went on winny and the pain is gone i dont even take the glucosamine anymore.

im not looking forward to coming off tho i have a bad feeling.........

if you are naturally an anxious person then I would not take tren as it can elevate the issue tremendously. Both my bro and I took tren, only 350mg/week and holy shit we were getting anxiety attacks like crazy. Mine were so bad that I had to take a "mental health" week off from work. Once I stopped, they went away within 1 week. I have heard EQ can cause the same probs.

I don't recommend drol and cheque drops.

Man, I used Cheque drops 3-4 times last year before a few comps and they were INTENSE. The only major problem I had was I was still "good to go, crazy" for a while after, if the fight was over too quickly. Sadly, they are getting harder and harder to find.

The only AAS I would consider staying away from that I have tried would be Winstrol, because of the joint pains in my knees...but I doubt I will not EVER use it again.

Deca, because of poorest recovery ever.
Stanozolol, because of high blood pessure, sore elbows and knees and very dry skin.
Anadrol, because makes me feel like shit(Very high liver values!), little benefit at all.
Drostanalone, Gave me prostate the size of a tennis ball.

bitch tits are an estrogen related side effect, a number of steroids can cause this. Since dbol causes excessive water retention, which can make your chest appear fattier then it is and possibly simulate gyno, I believe people think they are getting bitch tits but really they are not. Preventing gyno is relatively easy to do.

Dianabol is great stuff, relatively safe. Unfortunately it is an oral steroid which puts stress on your liver to make its first pass. For me that tops the negatives list and using dbol for prolonged amounts of time 6+ weeks is foolish cause ultimately what good are muscles if your inners are getting ****ed in the process.

Dbol is a great way to kick start a cycle, say 40mgs/day for 4 weeks. just make sure you have nolva on hand, and use test as a base... and your good to go.

I would take winny any day over dbol, but prostate concerns ensure the dose says relatively low.

What do you think about tbol?

The winny joint pain syndrome is a myth IMO. Why do so many athletes pop for winny when but never for var or tbol? Because winny is king for clean, lean, and quick twitch gains. Winstrol actually increase procollagen 1 (skin ,hair nails etc) by like 150% and procollagen 3 (ligaments, cartilage, etc) by like 300% ... its used by vets to strengthen collective tissue in horses and dogs. As long as you keep dosages and duration sane, and dont overtrain I think winstrol is ine on the joints.

The mechanism that winy causes joint pain is by decreasing the amount of synovial fluid, thus offering the capsule and bursae less lubrication; however, the actual integrity of the connective tissue will improve (assuming you arent chronically inflamming something).

speaking of winny:

is it worth it to run a dash of deca alongside the winny to keep the joints lubed?

what about EQ (if you're already running a 19-nor like tren and dont want deca on top of that)?

i havent read anythign about compounds other than anadrol and deca to help with the joints.. any ideas?

what do you guys think

The wife did 100mg a week and did great,no sides.

Be careful with primo these days. Alot of fakes in the European market(BD is the worst of the worst)

It's pretty common to analyze it and discover 100mg of test instead of 100mg of primo. Very bad and dangerous for a women who want to stay feminine.

But he you have a very good source, I wouldn't worry.

a good stack for women:

1-8 var 5-10mg/ed
1-10 primo 75-100mg/week
*might include 12.5/25.5mcg of t3 with clen
