Anyone want to take a stab at critiquing the contents?

Based on the amount you would have to take this product would last about 10 days. They basically just took a whole bunch of stuff that they think will work and threw it together. It's like a protein, sugar, creatine, vitamin/mineral mix with some other stuff thrown in there. It would be much cheaper to buy the ingredients seperately.

A quick glance leaves me pondering what sort of product this is intended to be. I have an inherent problem with formulas that include large amounts of cheap carbohydrates. If it is dosed with almost every meal I can see the benefit in chronic vit B and C supplementation and it would also take about 4-6 servings for any benefit to be seen from the CLA. But in that case your looking at 20-30gs of creatine a day. Multiple dosings would also cause all sorts of mineral interactions that would hurt any benefit of supplementation in the first place.

Those are just a few quick thoughts. To sum it up the product makes no sense to me. It is the definition of a kitchen sink formula. Some ingredients make sense in the multiple dosing protocol daily however other ingredients make this sort of dosing protocol nonsensical.
