Yeah it is. I guess you could call it Lou Ferrigno's version of Pumping Iron.

LMAO, I was waiting for Big Louie to take a 45 plate and rage on his dad. The "Awnold, Awnold" chant was pretty entertaining though. ;)

From what i saw in pumping iron is father looks more motivated then loui and maybe a bit too much!!
