Well guys tommorow is the big day. I got a couple pics of my arm which I tore 3 weeks ago and a couple from this week. Pretty sure I'll be middleweight. Anyways I'll get more pics when I can and post how things went. Sorry if the pics don't work good....I'm not to computer savy.Jimmy

Well I got third in a very hard class.All things considered I'm okay with that.The guys who finished ahead of me were bigger,so no complaints here. I tried a few new things with water and diuretics and I got the timing wrong.On contest day I weighed what a welterweight weighs so it's no wonder the guys that finished ahead me were bigger,prolly should a tried weighing in as welter but oh well.At least it qualifies me for provs or nats for next two years so I can just worry about gettin my arm fixed. I go see a surgeon on Thurs so hopefully it all happens quick. Overall I'm pretty happy with how it all turned out could of been worse. I got a couple pics from the weekend and I'll post comp pics when I get em.Jimmy

Hey thanks guys for the kind words,seems there's alot of positive and supportive guys on the board. Ya the last few weeks were tough mostly just tried to go through the motions and get a pump. Haven't gained too much back yet seems my eyes are much bigger then my stomach so to say.Little dissapointed I can't really take anvantage of gaining potential post contest but cleaning my self out is prolly a better idea anyway.Thanks again guys for the kind words.

Well I don't got no contest pics of me yet but here are some of my old lady at the same contest.It was alot of fun having us both dieting at the same time:) Unfortunately she somehow didn't place in the top five but she looked exactly how she had wanted to. Pretty amazing I must say.She's on the left throughout.
