I am unsure if links to other forums are allowed or not but denying people from seeing this would be a great disservice. The stickies are the important reads. I'm about halfway through myself, not the easiest read in the world. This goes way beyond "you need a serm, make it nolva 40/30/20/10 bro."

It is a good read. It will take some time but you will pickup things that others do not find important such as reactions with OTC\herbal supplements. I found this section very interesting. I think for the amount of info there is, it is quite condensed. Remember, there is no shortcuts to success and that includes research.

that was not the meaning of the nolva comment in my first post.

Guys its worth the read, if you want to be lazy about it at least take a look at in practice theory. Both regarding supplements and pharmaceutics
