A short article on checking and hopefully improving thoracic spine function.

Recently I discovered a movement that I feel can improve thoracic spine alignment. It involves, egads, the rings.Grasp the rings, draw up your hips and legs closely to get upside down. You're going to slowly, because you won't be able to get it right at first, completely straighten out your body upside down. This requires your toes pointed, quads, butt and lumbar spine flexed and held tight. The last part is moving your shoulders back and getting your thoracic spine arched, head back, your body straight up and down.Easier said than done. Then sit down and sit very straight, you will immediately notice positive benefits.Harder on the rear delts than you might imagine.
