Post up where your at.
I started when I was 19. In my first year and a half I went from 170lbs to 215. The only supp I used was protein.
I'm 24 now, and I've just started training hard again after a few on and off years. I have started a couple new supplements, NO and Creatine, because I've had friends see great results using this stack.
So far my lifting stats are as follows:
Flat Bench- 240lbs
Shoulder press- 160lbs
Dead lift- 215lbs
Dumbbell curls- 70lbs per arm
Barbell curl- 160lbs
Squat- 190lbs
Thats just a few that I'm working on building up, hopefully in the months ahead my gains will stay steady.
Come on and lets see everyone elses

Started training when I was 16.. Jumped from 143 to 199 in 14 months. Travelled around for few years, had some time away from the gym
At 18 I did my first real deal PL meet (drug-tested), hit a 551 dead, 503 squat, and I think it was a 370ish bench. All raw, no suits. These were higher number than every sub-junior record in Canada but due to "technicalities" I didn't get in the record books. (Must be 2 National-qualified judges to witness the lift, there was only 1 so myself, along with every other competitor in that meet didn't have a chance at any Canadian record)
Had some nagging back injuries that have kept me from any heavy squatting or deadlifting, but my max bench before my pec tear was 455 (which would have easily counted as a legal lift in competition) at 20 years old. Back in the gym now after just turning 21, and 3 weeks back into benching I'm repping out 405 for a few again. Hoping that by the end of the year I can crack the 500 mark
Current weight is about 242, heaviest I've ever been was an even 250 and that was in December of '05 before I started dieting for the Western Canadians

Could you please never start juicing so that one day I might be able to catch up? :D

Thats pretty kick ass stuff man. I'm not a power lifter by any standards, but I'm starting to look into it a little more and I am definately seeing the benefits.

Flex your a monster...One of my buddies competes in powerlifting. Im pretty sure he holds the Canadian/World records for whatever tiny weight class he competes in. Little guy, you'd never think he could put up big numbers but he could outlift me weighing 70lbs less. I don't even want to put up numbers. Most of my training has been for size not strength. When I focused on strength gains for a while I hit a 285 bench press weighing 190 at 19yrs old.
Going to try a 5x5 program for the next 2 months so hopefully that will help.

Updated:
Flat Bench: 290lbs x 8
Shoulder Press: 200lbs x 6 (Dumbells)
Dead Lifts: 350lbs x 6
Dumbell Curls: Same.... but I've put on an inch and a half in my arms
Barbell Curls: 180lbs x 6
Squat: 250lbs x 12
Bent over barbell rows: 225lbs x 6
Just changed my routine because I was plateauing, hopefully I'll bump these up even more in the coming months. I've also gained 20 pounds which I'm really happy with.

you can curl 70lb dumbells and straight bar 180lbs??(just read recent post) are we talking strict here? or with a slight swing or a huge swing? as i find these numbers pretty unbelievable from someone who obviously has no leg strength, seeing as u squat 190 and deadlift 215.
sorry but u can come to my gym anytime and show me these curls! i would bet they arent full reps, and u are stopping before full extension.

Dude man... its the same shit again read the full thread before you spout off. I updated my stats recently... my leg stuff is coming along. I wasn't doing any heavy leg lifting for almost a year because I hurt my knee last summer. I used to be able to leg press 1200 for 6 clean reps. As for the bicep curls... thats just one of my stronger excercises. I can do the 70 pound dumbells for 5 clean reps... and I usually do a few more with a little momentum. Like I said in the other thread man... read shit through and you won't look like such a tool.

a tool? son please. i have been on sites like this for years. most guys on here know my reputation. so watch your tongue.
my offer still stands, come to vancouver island and prove your lifts! pm me for where i live, pick a time and we'll see. i will even put u up for the night if u do the amounts posted, with good form. but 70lb dumbell curls and a 180lb barbell curl with no swing and full reps, i would have to truely see. i also want to see the squat and your dumbell shoulder. hell lets just take the numbers posted and have u show up and warm-up and do 1 set of each exercise and prove it!

If he does hit those lifts and you put him up for a night does that mean he gets to cuddle with you?
Lmao, what if he eats like 300mg of Anadrol a day now and actually shows up and hits those lifts.. **** that'd be sooo gay

for others reading this section of the board, dont think for a minute i am against natural bodybuilding. what i am against is people who pop off at the mouth with weights that seem unlikely,or body weights and body fats and dont back them up with pics or show up and prove it.
natural bodybuilding in the end is a choice, just like the guy that chooses to bang a fat chick instead of going home and jerking off. drugs or no drugs, u still have to do the "WORK" You just dont take drugs and get huge, u still have to eat, train, sleep just like a natural bodybuilder does. Do they help of course they do, but in the end its all about "CHOICE"!

If he does, he will be bloated as ****, and not 240 with 13% bodyfat. will be easy to reconize for this trained eye.

Everybody needs to settle down and have a nice glass of warm milk. Seriously guys.... I don't give a shit what you believe or not..... I posted up to share my results, not argue with you guys. Flex... I didn't started slagging physique until he started rippin on me.... and he started ripping on me before he even read through an entire thread to get all the facts. Why is it that you can bench so much Flex.... but me curling 70lb dumbells is crazy. I'll openly admit that my bench is weak as hell..... I haven't been able to crack 300lbs since I started training again. Until you guys post up some pics of you winning competitions or doing magazine articles.... you can both lick my balls

Real solid attitude bro. Telling people to lick your balls will definately get you far.. Keep curling those 70's man, I'm sure your arms are growing by the hour..

your wish is my command. ball is now in your court! not the biggest guy by far, but 18 weeks of torture. went from 255 to 192.
as for flex's bench i have seen it, thats where the difference lies.
as a gym owner i see everyday bro, the world shittiest form and then the same guy/girl telling people astronomical numbers of weights they do on certain exercises. So yes i dont believe u, until u prove me wrong. 180lbs dumbell curls. lets take a look at that for a minute. 185 lbs would be a 45lb staright bar with a 45lb and a 25lbs plate on each side of it. and u are gonna tell me u can curl full reps with that minus 5lbs.
If u dont want to come out here thats fine, i am in Van alot, and when i am next time, i will be pming u for a location to meet to see these curls. and if u do them with good form i will be the first one to admit i was wrong.

Wow great improvement bro! Oh and I can curl with 185lbs for reps, and 100lb dumbells for curls, but I also deadlift over 600lbs and bench over 450, with my squat a little over 600 as well, so I guess that is consistant. I have not seen anyone curl even close to what i do, but it kills the tendons in my arms everytime I do it. It is definately attainable but not easily reached that is for certain!

Not saying i have never seen it. there is a guy in this gym that curls 100's, but the swing needed to do it, most of us think why bother. as for the 185lb curl, yes its attainable, but the stress on the tendons is brutal.
In the end i guess i like to see things with my own 2 eyes, as i as like most others, know weights are tossed around the net like spam mail.

I hear you there bro that is why a picture says a thousand words. I have seen so many people on these forums that talk about knowing everything then when they finally post a picture do not look like they ever lifted a weight. On one forum a 15 year old kid was posing as an older person and giving advise on steroid cycles etc. Everyone is huge when you only have the keyboard to judge you that is why I always post my pics!
