Just wondering what supplements some of the other lifters use? Im not interested in proteins, creatines, glutamines, Im more interested in vitamins, minerals, joint support, BCAAs, liver support, and maybe others that I havent thought about.

Animal pak:)
you can either make your own vit stack by buying each separately, that way you can take smaller doses more ofteh throughout the day.
BCAA brands dont really matter, just the serving size per capsul, taken on empty stomach,
i used to make my own vit stack, but that got to be a pain in the ass 4 months in so now i just use the "Once a day brand" with time relase technology.
id stay away from centrum and other cheap vits as the absorbtion rate is horrible and you have to crush up the pills to get benefits.
for liver support you have your
Milk Thistle
Alpha Lipolic Acid
Astralagus Root
Artichoke Leaf Extract
Turmeric
Ashwaghanda (Liv 52)
For joints you can take Glucosamine or if you like to burn money you can buy some oregano extract.
for stomach lining you can drink aloe vera extract, some prescription drugs like Pariet actually rebuild the stomach lining ..that shit is awesome but you may want to watch out since it may inhibit the absorbtion of the other supps ur taking
you may also want to look into Taurine and maybe an insulin booster/mimicker to reduce the effects of cortisol.
good luck bro

Turmeric is a good one. I use it all the time..nasty stuff though :)
I use VPX's CMZ as my multi-mineral and supplement other vitamins individually as dictated by my diet. Most multi-vitamins on the market are so poorly formulated it is embarrassing. I have a feeling they will make it into my sifting through the shit thread more than once...

I find that I do not really taste it in my shakes- oats, broccoli, frozen mixed berries, cinnamon, milk, ground flax and protein powder.
I have been eating a variation of this for the last 3 years.

For minerals I make sure to get selenium, ZMA or zinc and magnesium on top of a daily multi.

I can see why you don't taste it lol with all that in your shakes. Cinnamon very good as well.

Yeah, the toliet and me are best buddies.
I highly recommend broccoli as you cannot really taste it and most of us do not get enough veggies. Spinach is good as well and again is not noticeable.
I truly believe that tumeric has helped my cholesterol levels, and on another positive as well there is research that shows it's ablitiy to improve liver functions. Hence of much value to many members I am sure on this board.
