tapering of test needed?

whats ur thoughts on tapering off long ester test like t400? Take away all the variables, and logically it would be easier on the body to slowly wane off of exogenous hormones, than to suddenly, for example, go from 500mg of Test to 0mg.

for pct is hcg and arimidex enough? is clomid used these days?

I prefer to taper depending on the dosage but generally I find it works better for some. If you have been using long ester test than stopping cold turkey is "still" tapering because of the half life...so in essence long ester test is always tapered you really have no choice. HCG only mimicks LH and FSH to come degree. Clomid is a synthetic estrogen that, in men, can perform two functions: a) Clomid antagonizes estrogen receptors (somewhat inhibiting the estrogenic side effects of aromatizing testosterone).b) Clomid mimics the effects of the hypothalamic hormone Gonadotropin Releasing Hormone (GRH). In humans, GRH stimulates the pituitary gland to produce LH and Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH). This final role of Clomid, then, is to help awaken the pituitary gland that has been suppressed from the heavy anabolic steroid cycle. Arimidex is just used to control any excess estrogen created from the endogenous testosterone produced by the administration of HCG.

Thus each item has a specific function in PCT.

HCG to kick start the testes...just taking clomid or nolvadex will increase natural LH but many times this is not enough to kick start the testes and HCG is required.

Clomid to awaken the pituitary.

Arimidex or Aromasin to prevent a negative feedback loop from the boost in endogenous testosterone from the HCG.

so how long after my last shot of test400 can i start pct?

on average what is basic minimum pct protocol look like than, can you give dosages and lengths. i can get blood work done after to see if i need another run at pct.

so i got it figured out as follows:

starting 2 weeks after last shot of test 400

HCG - 2000 IU every third day for a total of 10, 000IU
then start 100mg of clomid for 3 weeks

that is total of 5 weeks.

and during those 5 weeks i take aromasin daily, just unsure of dosage amount?

then wait 2 weeks after this and get blood work done.

during HCG 25mg daily of aromasin...after cessation drop to 12.5mg daily.
