Hey Pra.

How's your weight training going these days?

Have you experimented with any new suppliments over the summer that you'd reccommend trying?

I havn't posted in awhile so I thought maybe I could ask you a question and if you arn't busy, maybe i'll get lucky and get a response. :popc

It appears that when I go on a heavier dose of Test E, I get really tired. I could literally sleep all day if life allowed me too.

I am definetly lifting heavier in the gym and I am also consuming more callories. However, I don't understand how I can still be tired after I am sleeping a good 8 hours with a good nap throughout the day.

Right now I am taking 750mg\week of test and I started @ 500mg\week. I plan on bumping it to 1000mg\week when I get there in my cycle.

I am not complaining about the Test because I see changes in my body and I am definetly getting stronger. It's a big questions and you have little detail, but I am just wondering if you have an explanation for why I am being so tired all the time.

Hi Aaron,

Training is going well...injury free which is good!!

Anytime you are on a muscle gaining cycle(eating more, training hard, running aas) you will need more rest because the body is working hard. Depending on your age and cycle history 500mg or 750mg may be all you need for optimum growth at this stage. Remember once you hit 1000mg you really are topping out and have little room to move after that.

The supps that I feel do help with building muscle include creatine mono, beta alanine, whey protein, and BCAA.

I always take what you say with value. Your post makes a lot of sence. Thank you.

I'll top my cycle off with 750mg a week and forget about the 1000mg. And the sleepyness, well, I guess it is a small price to pay to get bigger and stronger.

I havn't been using too many supps this summer other than omega 3-6-9 and mutant mass.

Glad to hear you are injury free... So far, so good. I guess it's safe now to get life insurance at a cheap rate- full coverage ;). Be careful :pb
