Hello, I am 5'3" tall and underweight (only 100lb)
Yesterday, i bought this Precision all natural weight gainer in vanilla flavor in the hope of putting on some weight. I do yoga everyday for about an hour. The reason i bought this weight gainer is simply to gain weight not building muscles like that. I know you guys are more knowledgeable in this field than any naive person like me. I need your help and advise please. I am sure you guys will help me guide in this matter.

I would think increasing your calories from food would be a better option.

Take a look at some of the figure competitors before you decide against building muscle.

in order to bulk up you need to increase your daily caloric intake. You should try getting more meals in per day. If your having trouble then explore other methods like supplements. Optimum Nutrition serious mass (http://www.samedaysupplements.com/serious-mass-by-optimum-nutrition-weight-gainer-protein.html) is a great weight gainer and it's not expensive either.

Agreed, Serious Mass (http://www.samedaysupplements.com/serious-mass-by-optimum-nutrition-weight-gainer-protein.html) was pretty good.

Weight gainers are basically junk calories and a waste of money. You will gain weight yes mostly all fat. Make your own weight gainer with whole milk, eggs, peanut butter, olive oil, oatmeal, banana and protein powder.

I wouldn't call them a waste but you can make your own weight gainer if you really want to

They are a waste of money when you look at what you are getting.
