He's still big. Why does everyone think he's a cheater? Lots of guys in the IFBB use synthol, pretty much guaranteed. They spend 10's of thousands on gear so a little oil here a little oil there...evens things out. Although I've also heard through the rumour mill Flex had calf implants. I couldn't say for sure if any of this is true but he did and does have a great pysique.

IMO, before the synthol, Flex 's physique wasn't that impressive, to me anyway. And he did admit to having calf implants.

everyone uses synthol in pros. Even ppl you wouldnt think.

Milos almost died due to it.

I'll try to get some pics of pre calve implants and post implants, he said he hit a growth spurt... at that level no such thing exsists. His rear delts looked pumped full of synthol lol.

in one pose you cant even see the three heads of his delts just one round smooth ball not normal looking
