I'm hoping to go traveling again soon and am not going to be able to make it to a gym consistently. What do you guys do while out of town. I don't know many body weight exercises or much about resistance bands.
Thanks in advance

Look to book hotels with gyms. That's what I do.

I have to travel often also and I have a membership in a GL, they may not have all the equipments I wish, but I can manage to train decently anywhere I go in Canada.

I'm going to bee going to some remote areas in Central America where I probably won't have access to a gym. I was hoping to find a book or program for body weight exercises and am going to pick up a set of bands pretty quick here. Who makes the best set?

Not sure there is any difference,TRX would help.
