Friend of mine had an accident few years back, put on quite a bit of weight went from 5'9 (130 to 170+) during recovery. Been around 170 for quite a while and has been eating well and exercising for past year, can't seem to get the weight down.
She's getting married next year to a great friend of mine and is seriously stuck on why her weight isn't moving. Understandably she'd love to be able to fit into a smaller dress size, she's was one size most of her life and is quite a bit above that weight now. Only changes has been her work which is pretty stressful, she's in her mid-20s. So at my suggestion she went to her doctor and got some blood work done, and according to her the physician said she looks normal.
Now I don't see her often so the best I can do is offer suggestions on training diet etc. There's no way for me to know 100% if she does follow the program, though I have no reason to doubt that she isn't. I'm wondering if anyone here could read some of the pertinent results and offer an opinion, or even alternate reasons as to why her weight doesn't seem to be budging.
