Posing Clinic or 1 on 1 for Bodybuilding show in October

Just looking to find someone or a group in the Ottawa-Gatineau area who would host a posing clinic or who can do one on one's as I'm entering my first show in 9 years on October 25th. I have won in FAME (old WNSO) and OPA shows before in 2003-2004. Just need some refreshers and pointers since I've been out the the game for so long.
