Yes it is good and it is used as a fat burning aid in combination with a strict diet, training, and cardio.

Is it better to take in the morning or before workouts?
Can you give me an idea of dosage?

I am on my first week on Clen.

First week 10mcg - I doing Cardio 35-40 min a day

So far i feel no gains I will keep you posted...

The positive fat burning effects of clen and cardio can easily be offset by not having a set macronutrient plan. I've witnessed dozens of people actually gain fat rather than drop fat.

Sound diet doesnt just mean 5 meals....whats in them?

Cardio is not static...start low and build...starting at 45-1 hr 6 days a week is asking for trouble.

Resistance training should be 4-5 days per week minimum....where is your leg training?

Clen is only a small tweak to an already perfected program...it doesnt fill gaps....and i am seeing many gaps here.
