I am trying to drop weight and get lean.

Cardio - 3 to 4 times a week (approx 20-30 min)
Weight Training 3 times a week (1 hour)

Cardio - To Burn Fat
Weight - Speed up metabolism

Current Weight - 196 Ibs
Goal - 160

Any suggestion on supplements that can help speed up this process. I read a article saying to stack on Test Booster and Fat Burner.

all the supp talk is bullshit, stick with the tried and tested: right food and training & cardio if you wanna get lean.

You will most likely need to do cardio 7 days per week...3 to 4 is off season. Weight training should be 4-5 times weekly.
