Supplements that burn fat

I'm having a hard time with dieting. I seem to have my calories correct but it's taking forever to lose fat.
Are there any supplements that can help me along the way? I mean something that actually works.

If you have difficulties cutting down there is a problem, it's better to find the reason why, rather then trying a supplement to palliate the problem.

What do you think of green tea extract Eric?

I played with this for a few years and in my personal experience, it's working, but very smoothly, it will give a slight edge, more like a long term thing,so it help, but won't make a big difference is the big scheme of things.
