Alright whats up everybody. Im new to this site. But i'm not new to bodybuilding. At the end of september will be 3 years of total training for me.

I am extremely knowledgeable, and i just simply want to help people out. I already help people out on a different forum, and i started a youtube channel as well, to answer questions as well. On my other bodybuilding site, i answer at least 10 private messages a day, as well as helping people on the forums too.

I am really trying to get my youtube channel out there, and i just want to help people. If u guys could subscribe to my channel that would be amazing.

Some of my lifts, and some stuff about me:

I started lifting weights 3 months after my 17th birthday, i am now 20 years old. And in 2 months will be a total of 3 years of training for me.
Stats before:
height: 5'9
Weight: 155lbs
arm size: 13.5inches
deadlift max: 170lbs
squat max: 150lbs
bench max: 135lbs

Stats now:
height: 5'9
weight: 203lbs(at peak of my bulk, just came off a cut, im about 193lbs in the morning now, and around 197lbs at night, i am bulking for 1 year straight now and my goal is 215-220lbs.
arm size: 18.5inches
deadlift max: 560lbs(i have me doing 410lbs for 22 reps on my channel, u guys can check it out if u want)
squat max: 460lbs
bench max: 305lbs

But ya would be awesome if u guys could subscribe to my channel, would really help out. Also if u have any questions, feel free to private message me on here. thx

1. Congrats on those gains, pretty good for 3 years of training

2. You never included the link to your youtube channel.

3. Impressive Deadlift. I would like to see the 405 x 22 reps

4. Many of us have been training for 15+ yrs on this board, many of us have owned Nutrition coaching or personal training businesses and trained many people as well has been Moderators on other boards. It's great that you want to help but don't be surprised if you don't get a lot of questions from here. There's probably 6-10 contest prep advisors on this board and several pro bodybuilders.

Yes! This forum is impressive for that, so many knowledgeable people here, yes we got a few turds here and there but the overall quality vs shitty ratio is amazing.

ya dang, sorry about that. Here is the video

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EqArgekKtF0

And ya i'm not going to do the youtube videos. Way too much work. Considering it takes at least 2 hours to upload on youtube. And the money isn't that good either. I am an electrician and i make 95,000 dollras a year, so not really any point in trying to make money off youtube, considering that a guy i know has 800 subscribers and only makes 7 dollars a month. LMFAO

Let me know what u think of the deadlifts. I did some touch n goes, really wasn't concerned about doig all rest pause deadlifts, i dont' care

Most ive pulled his 560lbs

Im a bodybuilding though, so i only max out every 6 months to see where my strength is.
