Strength Cycle

Hey P,

Just a quick question. I have PMed you before in regards to a couple of cycles. I am training for baseball and also for sprinting. I am looking for more explosivness and strength so I am doing alot of plyo work and heavy olympic lifts. I was thinking of doing a 16 week cycle. I am looking to gain strength and have more of a recomp. I need to increase power and strength along with recovery. I need to be fast so alot of size is not useful to me.

Week 1 - 16 - Test E 500mg per week (250x2)
Week 1 - 16 - EQ 400mg per week (200 x 2)
Week 1- 16 - Adex .25 EOD
Week 1 - 16 - HCG 500iu per week 2 shots
Week 17 off
Week 18 - 1000iu EOD for 5 shots
Week 19 - Clomid 100mg for 3 weeks the 50mg for 2 weeks
Keep in Adex - I have extra.

Any advice would be great.

Test and EQ for strength would not be my choice...I would look at something like test prop 150mg EOD + tren acetate 100mg EOD and shorten the cycle to 8-10 weeks. Strength increases happen faster than building muscle and a shorter cycle will improve recovery ability.

Thanks for the quick response P. If tren is not an option would you suggest taking test prop EOD and maybe anavar 40-50mg ED.

Would this be a bit better. I am looking for something that is easy on my system with the largest strength gains. I am all for the test prop at 150mg EOD but could you recommend something other that tren. I have been reading alot and the suggestions out there have been anavar, halo, masteron or anadrol but other that anavar are much harder on your system. Is there that much of a difference in terms of strength.

Instead of a 16 week cycle as earlier proposed I will do 2 x 10 week cycles instead with a break in between for recovering.

Suggestions and dosages much appreciated. So far I am leaning towards 40mg ED VAR with prop 150 EOD.

Yes i would suggest the prop and var instead...good cycle and quick recovery. Keep it short...8-10 weeks.
