I took your guys's advice and really worked on my legs..they are beast now!! this cut is going terrible I got sick for about 2 weeks and went back to normal eating habbits..this is 16 weeks at 196lbs..I hope things will be better over the next 8 weeks when I stop dieting..my pecs are really lacking from me taking Jay Cutlers advice on going light and really "feeling it"..oh well bad year..at least Ive got legs now

12 x 4 weighted dips
12-15 x 4 incline flys
20-25 x 4 cable flys/press

I think Im going to do what Arnold said and do multiple chest excersizes as its lacking so maybe more than twice per week..Im not too sure though..some guidance is needed..also Ive been riding my bike to the gym every session and my squats have been suffering..today I got a ride to the gym and I could only do 275lbs for four reps. I have done 365lbs to paralell.I thought not doing anything the day before and getting a ride the day of would help but..nope...my legs have grown substatianlly..so when Im driving again it sould all be worth it..I think my legs are just exhausted

I ended up finding out he trained at my gym in Kingston and despite all the trash talk he sent my way I told him if he wasn't a coward he could come up and introduce himself and I'd shake his hand. No hard feelings. But sure enough, he knew who I was and chickened out epically and went back to his old ways of blaming the cops and the Jews for his inability to succeed at life.
