Thanks for EricTT and other experienced BB's here I manage to shed some serious fat and for the first time in my life I am able to see my last 2 packs .. still have to make them more visible by probably tanning or doing more crunches .
Any way question of the day .
1 . Seems like ppl are more recommending to take 0.5 to 0.8gm per body weight lb. rather than 1.0 or 1.5gm . as an argument that excess Protein turns to fat and get stored in the body ??
Any thoughts

1-1.5g per pound of lean mass. Protein is never the problem when it comes to storing fat....carbs are the problem...if you are getting fat protein is not the issue...trust me!!

Add carbs around training...meal prior and meal about an hour to an hour an half later...pwo have a protein shake with creatine but no carbs.
