Since I am a believer that various other sporting activities can teach you plenty about your body and training,I am going to post this up.Before some purist starts screaming that this has nothing to do with bodybuilding,it does.Having tried spinning a bicycle crank with one leg with straps,I know that your sartorius gets a heck of a workout.Some might note the sartorius that Ken Pakulski has.Used by an impressive list of pro athletes.
