SSRI lowers T ?

Does anyone know if SSRI drugs like Paxil lower T?
I've read some stuff on line where people say it down regulates androgen receptors?
Would dose play a role as well?

I'm not aware of it lowering T but SSRI's are a major cause of sexual dysfunction and decreased libido which could seem like low testosterone.
