Well, might as well show where my progress stands at the moment. These pictures were taken last week sitting at 233 lbs. Things are moving along well and feeling pretty depleted. Definately this is the hardess I have been this far out.

Well, if it was the East Coast Sussex Gingerale i would be ripped now ! LOL Starting to jones for the east coast!!!

Yes I am an East Coaster!! Born and raised in Nova Scotia in thebig town of Berwick....Avtually pretty close to Dave Naugler in Coldbrook.

Sussex has a very strong "real tasting" ginger.. Makes me cough every time I drink it!! LOL Hell I wil be a rebel regular please!!

I had to spend my first day of vacation this week sitting in a run down hotel in Sussex for corporate training. Their gingerale may be good, but what a shithole that place is!

Looking huge too btw! Been watching your progress.

its a deal im 45 min from sussex so it should be fresh from here

You looked great last year for Ontario's but the improvments you have made over this year are amazing keep it up.
