I was wondering how you would suggest using clen and t3 along with test prop for the purpose of cutting. Currently I'm eating 3300 calories a day (23% carbs, 37% protein and 40% fat). Consists of Tilapia, lean ground beef and lean cuts of steak, brocolli, whole eggs, egg whites, spinach, natural peanut butter, rice and oats. Sometimes I like to replace the tilapia with chicken because I absolutely hate the taste of that fish. Carbs are only before and after weights and I do empty stomach cardio 5 days a week after I wake up for 30 to 45 minutes. I'm 5'8 225lbs at 14%BF.

What are your stats...ie age, cycle history. At 14% bodyfat the last thing you need is carbs even before and after training...lose them. Google Dave Palumbo diet for 200lb man and follow that. Cardio needs to be consistent every day and increased slightly over time...ie start at 20min every day and add 5min to that weekly. Once you hit 60min daily split the sessions in two..ie morning and after training. You dont need clen or T3 until you get to 10% BF at least.

Thanks for the reply. I'm 25 years old. Started training at 19 when I was 135lbs(bad motorcycle accident hospitalized and lost a lot of weight. I was 150 previously ) I started using aas a few years ago at 180lbs. 4 bulking cycles with a heaviest weight of 238.

What would be the longest you would suggest doing that diet that you mentioned? I'm just nervous about losing a large amount of muscle.

You will NOT lose an ounce of muscle on that diet period!!! You can run it for 20 weeks if necessary.
