Pain in the shoulder

My third shot i did in my shoulder. It was ok for the first day, woke up sore the next. The 2nd day I went out, and i think one of my friends might of gave me a punch to the arm.I usually dont get bruised , but the arm where he punched me was the same arm i took my shot in, is very tight,tense and red. Feels a bit swollen, and im not even sure if its because of the punch.

It feels like the soreness from my shoulder made its way down to my bicep :eek: lol

Feel free to let me know your opinion on my messed up body.

exact same thing happens to me 2 days after I do a shoulder shot with prop. Only bruises sometimes though.

Jam it in your calf so it will be your last time to whine about painful injects. ;)

before I knew how to do tricept injects I stuck one in the inside of my arm into the tri, that was painfull lol

Just did my other shot last night in the other shoulder, woke up a little sore, and the other arm feels better already.

hey bud youve got to pay to play, the painful injections will subside, but if you keep posting every time you inject and feel some pain, people's paitence are going to were very thin to say the least....back in the day i had my whole arm turn into a bruise dude, don't worry about it, if you can't handle it quit doing it all togther...

Anything in my shoulder hurts bad.

It will happen from time to time.
Make sure to rotate your injection sites.
Happend to me last thursday on the left one...but not on the right one sunday.

Move your arm arround after the shot and massage the site. You want to make sure the oil does not stay at the same place.

ya same thing happens to me sometimes, it swells till my bicep and shoulder looks like one piece ahhah
