Walmart has 240 caplets of Omega 3-6-9 for $10. Each caplet has 2 grams of omega 3-6-9 and other healthy fats and it's made by Swiss Naturals. I can't seem to find BCAA though.

Shit brick...don't tell him to get 6 and 9's....as we all get enough of that carp in our diet already...you be stupid to get 6 and 9's. Straight 3' is all you need especially if you want a good brain.

I mentioned it because it's important to keep that balance between the 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids in our bodies. I've read many studies that say Omega 6's and 9's are important as well as Omage 3's. I'll keep using it until I hear different. :hu

Trust me your getting 6 and 9 in foods you eat already...it's 3 that are hard to get unless your eating a tonnnn of fish.

the reason omega-3 or fish oil are supplemented is because today's diets are so heavily laden with 6 supplementation of 3 is the only way to try and restore balance. The only supplemental 6 I could see having a place in your average diet would be CLA

I posted something about this a few weeks back. Don't go around worrying about balance, like others have said you get omega 6 EVERYWHERE! The main point though is that omega6 will out compete O3 when i comes to protoglandin production, leading to higher inflammatory conditions within the body. Hell your body can MAKE omega 9 if you don't get enough 3&6.
If you think that supp. companies formulate products like pharmaceutical companies you'd be so sadly mistaken. I know of one sales rep who became a product formulator. All he does is read and watch TV to find trends and the "HOT" products and go from there. Sad.

If you`re looking for BCAA or anything else in bulk you will find them cheap at www.superiornutraceuticals.com ($36 per kilo) or a little more expensive ($40 per kilo) at www.bulknutrition.com which does have a better selection of nootropics!

You may find ordering by the pound cheaper from trueprotein for BCAA's ($16.99/lb). L-Leucine is even cheaper, if you were more keen on it. Superiornutraceuticals does have much larger quantities (3kg, 5kg, and 25kg) so you could order there too. Maybe play one off the other if you want to really order a huge quantity because I'm sure both would really want the business.

As far as the omega 3's, I'd suggest a fish oil supplement (ie. not capsules). Most times, you can get a better bang for your buck. Same kinda difference between getting flax oil caps vs. buying a bottle of straight flax oil. There are tons of places that sell omega 3 fish oil, usually any quality health food store. I like ascentahealth.com since theirs is pharmaceutical quality but I'm sure you'd find a good selection locally.

The best balance is Hemp seed oil.Flax is what i use or hemp, most people don't lack omega 6,just a palm full of raw sunflower seeds give your daily intake of omega 6.
